Jennifer Harris started their career at J.P. Morgan in 2009 as an Associate, where they worked until 2013. In 2015, they became the Managing Director at HSP - Henkel Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in working with private equity firms, hedge funds, and advisory firms.
Jennifer Harris attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they studied at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2005 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Business Honors.
