Paul Quested

Paul Quested is the current Chief Financial Officer at HSS Hire. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Electrocomponents plc from April 2012 to July 2016. In this role, they led the Group strategy development that aimed to double the size of the business and oversaw the implementation of a new Global Operating Model. Paul was also responsible for the planning and implementation of a five-year strategic roadmap, driving annual commercial plans, and delivering an ecommerce commercial plan that resulted in double digit ecommerce growth. Some of their main achievements include increasing organisational capability and capacity for change by 100% through global projects, realising £9 million in incremental profit in six months through restructuring the Global organisation, and increasing employee engagement by +3 percentage points.

Paul Quested has a BSc in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University. Paul is also certified by the ICAEW in the ACA.
