Deepanjali Upreti

Deepanjali Upreti currently serves as the COE Manager for Engagement, Culture, and Campus at HT Media Group since September 2024, focusing on enhancing employee engagement through designed programs. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Manager at Tata Projects from December 2019 to August 2024, where Deepanjali managed succession planning, developed high-potential talent, and created professional development plans. Earlier positions include Management Trainee and Talent Management Intern at Tata Projects, where contributions included policy development and conducting educational webinars. A brief internship at the Defence Research and Development Organisation involved data collection and study design, while an internship in the Department of Psychiatry at Military Hospital included administering psychological tests. Deepanjali holds an MSc in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) from Christ University and a BA in Psychology (Human Resources) from Delhi University.
