Geetika Sharma

Geetika Sharma currently serves as the HCM Solution Lead at HTC Global Services, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Geetika has accumulated significant experience as a Senior Consultant at Mastek from July 2022 to November 2023 and as a Senior Consultant and Functional Consultant at Evosys from June 2017 to July 2022. In these positions, Geetika has been responsible for leading and delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and has functioned as a techno-functional consultant, providing end-to-end implementation and best practice advice to clients. Geetika's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Information Technology from the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Communication Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Delhi University.
