Massimo Baldini

President at Tome

Massimo spent 15 years working in brand management and product development for Whirlpool, Kenmore, Delphi, 3M and Procter & Gamble before he joined Jake at Livio in 2008. His experience was essential to the startup’s growth to become established software innovators, and he brought that same skillset to Tome as its co-founder and president.

Massimo’s expertise with operations, brand management and product development are the business-critical skills that keep Tome’s creative train on the rails, and it is his leadership that gets the exciting work they’re doing noticed.

Even before he co-founded Livio in 2008 and sold it to Ford Motor Co. five years later, Massimo spent 15 years working with some of the world’s biggest brands — Delphi, Procter & Gamble, Whirlpool, Kenmore and 3M — and negotiating agreements with Fortune 100 companies including SiriusXM, General Motors Co., Target, Sears and Wal-Mart.

As Tome’s co-founder and president, Massimo spearheads operations and the development of products and services. He puts his experience to work building the business-to-business partnerships that are essential to Tome’s continued success, and takes the lead in negotiations with the company’s world-class partners and customers.

Massimo holds a master’s degree in chemistry from Italy’s University of Genoa, and also an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
