Nirmal Philomin Raj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and resource allocation within the information technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at HTC Global Services since June 2011, Nirmal has progressed through various roles including Manager and Assistant Manager in the Talent Capital Management Group.
