Peter Shen

Peter Shen is the current Chief Financial Officer at HTC. Peter has previously served as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Inotera Memories, Inc, a public company (FTSE TWSE 50 Index & MSCI Index), which is a Joint Venture with Formosa Plastic Group of Taiwan. Prior to that, they were the Senior Controller of East China (Shanghai and Wuxi) for Jabil.

Shen has also held various Finance Director positions in San Jose, California, Toronto, Canada, and Fort Collins, Colorado for Celestica. Peter began their career in 1993 as an accountant and finance professional for HP before moving into director-level positions.

Peter Shen reports to Yves Maitre, CEO. Peter Shen works with Marcus Woo - General Counsel, Shen Ye - Head of Product, and Drew Bamford - VP Creative Labs.
