Brad Williamson

Brad Williamson has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate development and store development industries. Brad began their career in 2012 as a Procurement Specialist at Bell Helicopter I Textron Inc. Brad then worked at Tascosa Office Machines as a Sales Representative from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined TBevCo, LLC as a VP in Real Estate Development and later took on additional responsibilities in logistics and store development. In the same year, they also became a VP at Treeline Capital, LLC and a VP at TBevCo, LLC dba Texas Tea & HTeaO. In 2018, they became a Member at T Property Holdings, LLC. Brad joined HTeaO in 2020 as an Executive Vice President and is currently responsible for store development. Brad also currently holds the role of President at Treeline Capital, LLC. In 2021, they became the Managing Partner at CBW Capital, LLC. Most recently, in 2020, Brad became the Vice President at Proper Tea Holdings, LLC.
