Paul Rasmusson

Paul Rasmusson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul is currently the Vice President of Business Development at The Hainesport Transportation Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development and Management Consultant at The JASPER Company, LLC from 2016. Paul also served as the Director of Public Service at the City of Toledo from August 2017 to November 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at GFL Environmental USA Inc from August 2016 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Republic Services from 2009 to 2016, where they held positions such as Senior Manager, Area Municipal Services and Division Sales Manager. Paul also served as the General Manager at Allied Waste Services from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Advanced Cable Technologies from 1998 to 2005. Paul began their career at Waste Management as a General Manager in 1994, where they were responsible for the sales, operation, and administration of the Northwest Ohio market area.

Paul Rasmusson earned a BBA degree in Accounting from The University of Toledo. Paul also obtained a certification from the Institute for Leadership and Advocacy offered by the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce.
