Gregory Reinholz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gregory began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1985. Gregory then moved on to work as a Research Assistant at Covance Laboratories from 1986 to 1992. Following this, they returned to the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Research Assistant from 1992 to 1998.
In 1998, Gregory joined the Mayo Clinic, where they held various roles. Gregory started as a Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow until 2001, during which they also served as the Co-Director of the Cartilage and Connective Tissue Research Laboratory. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Professor and a Professional Associate in Research at the Mayo Clinic.
In 2016, Gregory became an Independent Contractor at HTG Molecular Diagnostics, where they worked until 2018. Gregory then transitioned to the role of Staff Scientist at the same company until 2023. Currently, Gregory holds the position of Senior Staff Scientist, Therapeutics at HTG Molecular Diagnostics, starting in July 2022.
Gregory Reinholz completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry at the same university, graduating between 1992 and 1998.
