Adrian Steidle

Adrian joined HTHA in 2021, helping to transform some of the business processes in the trade business and delivering the RACV Trades proposition for HTHA. He has now taken up the lead of the Home Security businesses as they look to complete a large technology transformation and build highly scalable and efficient capability.

Adrian has more than 20 years of experience managing large teams through change and providing strategic consulting to organisation's looking to accelerate their change agenda and technology transformations.

Adrian combines a wide range of experiences across corporate and start-up environments with an inclusive, collaborative style, positive attitude, and drive for ongoing, sustainable success.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Leadership from Victoria University and has completed various process optimisation, systems thinking and design courses at multiple organisations.
