Rakesh More

Rakesh More has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rakesh started their career in 2005 as a Manager (Marketing & Liaison) at Antony Waste Handling Cell Private Limited, where they performed marketing operations and coordinated with municipal authorities. In 2008, Rakesh joined Microcool Systems Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Manager Sales, where they worked on HVAC design, equipment selection, and calculated design parameters. Rakesh then joined Zubair Electric LLC in 2012 as Manager-HVAC Section Head- Mechanical, where they initiated project designs and expanded product reach through distributorship agreements. From 2016 to 2023, Rakesh worked at Cogent Engineering Services as Sales & Business Development –HVAC Head, where they were involved in sales, project management, and coordination. Finally, starting in 2023, Rakesh joined HTL Aircon Pvt. Ltd. as the Branch Head.

Rakesh More completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University.
