Jason O'Neill

Jason O'Neill is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology and personal care industries, currently serving as SVP of Biotechnology Innovation at HTL Biotechnology since May 2024. Previously, Jason held the position of SVP & General Manager of Beauty & Wellness at Modern Meadow, where significant work was done toward sustainable biofabrication technologies. With a strong foundation in business strategy and sustainability, Jason has also served as Managing Director at Green Line, Co-Owner at Benji's Farm, and held various leadership roles at Bio-Botanica Inc, Kemin Industries, Innophos, and Elementis Global. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
