Rachel Tan

Rachel Tan (陈慧敏) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Cloud Business Development Director at Huawei since December 2023, Rachel focuses on aiding enterprises in adopting innovative digital solutions. As the Founder and Chief Designer of Poiesis, established in August 2016, Rachel has crafted a unique couture jewellery collection tailored for the modern woman, gaining recognition in Tatler UK 2019 Spring Collection. Previously, Rachel held key roles at Oracle from October 2018 to December 2023, including Business Value Manager and Consultant, where strategic guidance was provided to Tier 1 banks for digital transformation. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Manager position at Saxo Bank, where Rachel successfully built a new business line with family offices and financial institutions across Asia. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, along with studies at prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and Harvard University.
