Ke Youliang

Born in April 1965 , Doctor of Management, Senior Economist. In July 1985 , he graduated from Huangshi City Industrial School, Hubei Province, majoring in industrial enterprise management. In 1992 , he graduated from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics, majoring in industrial economic management. In June 2001 , he graduated from Wuhan University of Technology, majoring in industrial economics, and received a master's degree in economics in 2007 . He graduated from Wuhan University of Technology in 2009, majoring in management science and engineering, and obtained a doctorate degree in management. He joined Huaxin Cement Plant (the predecessor of the company) in 1985 , and successively served as the assistant to the manager of the investment department, the director of the management department of the engineering department, the deputy director of the general management department of the engineering department, and the manager of the planning and development department of the company. Since November 2001 , he has successively served as the assistant to the general manager and the manager of the planning and development department, the general manager of the western business department, and the general manager of the aggregate and wall material business department of the company. Since April 2003 , he has been the Deputy General Manager of the Company. Since March 2004 , he has been the vice president of the company.
