Born in March 1978, Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University. In July 2000, he graduated from China University of Geosciences, majoring in safety engineering, with a bachelor's degree in engineering. At the same time, he studied financial management at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and obtained a bachelor's degree. From 2000 to May 2005, successively worked as safety engineer, safety manager and process manager in Beijing Xingfa Cement Co., Ltd. and Beijing Shunfa Cement Co., Ltd. From May 2005 to May 2009, successively served as the integration manager of M&A projects in Lafarge Shui On Cement China, the manager of organizational optimization project, and the strategic manager of China. From May 2009 to December 2015, he served as Lafarge's Guizhou Regional Marketing Director, Chongqing Regional Commercial Director and Yunnan Regional Sales Director. From December 2015 to April 2016, he served as the Marketing Director of Huaxin Cement Yunnan Division. Since April 2016, he has successively served as the head of the company's growth and innovation business, the head of the strategic development and procurement business, the general manager of the overseas business department and the head of the strategy department, and the general manager of the overseas region. From April 2016 to April 2018, he served as the Assistant Vice President of the Company. Since April 2018, he has been the vice president of the company.
