Born in September 1972, Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Management. In 1995, he graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (now Huazhong University of Science and Technology), majoring in forging and pressing, and obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering. From 2015 to 2018, he studied at the School of Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and obtained a master's degree in EMBA. Joined the company in 1995, and successively served as the engineer of the company's equipment power department, the equipment supervisor engineer of the dry process branch, the director of the maintenance department of Yichang company, the assistant to the general manager, the deputy general manager of Yichang company and the second phase construction project manager, and the executive general manager of Yichang company. Manager, concurrently serving as the executive general manager of Zigui Company, the production director of the western Hubei region, and the general manager of the western Hubei region.
