Mick Baker

Mick Baker is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Hub Australia since January 2023. Formerly, Mick held positions at UNIQLO as National HR Operations Manager, overseeing HR activities across the Australian operations. At the Australian Radio Network, Mick worked as Senior People & Culture Business Partner, providing HR support to over 300 employees, and previously as HR Business Partner managing the employee lifecycle across various brands. Additional roles include HR Business Partner/Consultant at Fonterra and Regional HR Business Partner at Coles. Mick began a career in HR with positions at the Department of Justice, NEC, and the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Employment Relations from Griffith University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
