Art Nanni

Art Nanni has extensive experience in law enforcement and real estate. Currently a Private Investigator at Hub Enterprises, Inc. since June 2017, Nanni conducts investigations for insurance companies and defense attorneys. In addition, Nanni has worked as a Realtor-Associate for Choice One Companies since October 2006, specializing in foreclosures and short sales, along with real estate market analysis. As a candidate for Mayor of Cutler Bay, Florida, Nanni aims to contribute to local governance. Nanni retired from the Miami-Dade Police Department after a distinguished career spanning from July 1975 to July 2006, which included 17 years as a Homicide Detective, solving over 150 cases and receiving multiple recognitions, including Officer of the Month and Officer of the Year. Nanni's educational background includes a 2-year degree in Business/Commerce from Miami Dade College following early education at LaSalle High School.
