Courtney Davis Curtis

Courtney Davis Curtis is an accomplished executive with extensive expertise in risk management and education, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Global Education Practice Leader at HUB International since July 2024. Previously, Courtney held various leadership positions at the University of Chicago, including Assistant Vice President of Risk Management and Resilience Planning, Executive Director of Risk Management, and Director of Risk Management from May 2015 to July 2024. Additionally, Courtney contributed to United Educators as a Subscriber’s Advisory Board Member and held significant roles within URMIA, serving as Immediate Past President, President, and President Elect. Courtney's prior experience includes a Vice President position at Marsh and an Account Executive role at Arthur J. Gallagher. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, and completion of the Executive Leadership Fellow program at the Chicago Urban League.
