Michelle Carlson

Michelle Carlson, CEBS, has extensive experience in employee benefits and consulting, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Strategic Account Executive at HUB International since October 2016. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions as Vice President at HUB International and Director of Client Services at Axion RMS, Ltd. From 2006 to 2013, Michelle worked at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as Assistant Vice President and Senior Benefits Consultant, where responsibilities included providing consulting services for group life, disability, medical, and dental plans, with a focus on developing cost-effective strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at Great-West Healthcare, Cigna, Insurance Design Group, Principal Healthcare, and SunHealth Care Plans of Florida. Michelle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Harper College and has a foundational education from Iowa State University and Glenbrook North.
