Kyle Rademacher

Kyle Rademacher is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hubbard Construction Company, with a focus on the Atlantic Coast Asphalt Division, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kyle held the position of Project Manager for the Portable Division at Mathy Construction Company from June 2023 to January 2024. Kyle also worked at Simon Contractors, Inc. as a Project Manager/Estimator in the Heavy Highway Division from May 2012 to June 2023, where responsibilities included preparing estimates for various highway projects in both the private and public sectors. Kyle began the career path at EZ Excavating as a Laborer/Equipment Operator and gained further experience as a Field Engineer at Granite Construction during studies at Colorado State University, where a degree in Construction Management was earned between 2008 and 2011.
