Diana Briggs

Diana Briggs has over 17 years of experience in various HR roles. Diana is currently employed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hubbell Realty Company. Prior to this, they worked for Krause Group, where they served as the Associate Chief of Staff/Vice President and Director of Grow People (HR) Business Partners for the US and Italy. Diana also held positions at Kum & Go as the Director of Grow People (HR) Business Partners and Interim Manager of Total Rewards, and at Global Atlantic Financial Group as the Lead HR Consultant for Talent, Leadership & Organizational Development. Before that, they worked at Aviva USA as a Talent & Engagement Consultant, Learning & Organizational Development, and as a Senior Benefits Specialist. Throughout their career, Diana has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Diana Briggs obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa between 2000 and 2004. Diana then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they acquired certifications such as the Professional Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010, SHRM-CP from SHRM, and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) from Human Capital Institute (HCI).
