Jeff Fossell

Jeffrey Fossell, MBA, CFA, serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Formation at Hubbell Realty Company since June 2022, leading equity capital raise initiatives for commercial development projects targeting institutional and high net worth investors. Previously, from October 2010 to May 2022, Jeffrey held the position of Senior Vice President and Deputy CIO at American Equity, managing a team of 40 in global credit, real estate, and alternative investments. Jeffrey's career also includes roles as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Private Credit & Alternative Investments at Principal Financial Group, where Jeffrey developed structured security platforms, and as a Business Process Analyst at Accenture, focusing on financial process improvements through technology solutions. Jeffrey holds an MBA in Decision Science/Operations Management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in Sociology/Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
