Elaine Delisle

Elaine Delisle, PHR, currently serves on the HR Benefits Service Team at Hubbell Incorporated, where responsibilities include supporting the daily operations of employee benefits programs, particularly health and wellbeing and leave initiatives. Prior experience includes a role at HEI Hotels & Resorts, where Elaine assisted the VP HR & Benefits in managing benefits for a large workforce across over 100 hotel and resort properties, ensuring compliance with plan rules and company policies. Elaine's earlier experience at Tauck involved administering HR policies and executing full-cycle recruiting. Elaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from Bishop's University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, with additional education from The Wharton School.
