Joe Deluca

Joe DeLuca is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in utility automation, power supply solutions, and advanced technology development. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of Utility Automation at Hubbell Incorporated, DeLuca leads the design and manufacture of a range of utility automation products integral to modernizing electric grids. Previously, DeLuca held senior roles at Astrodyne TDI and Petra Systems, shaping strategies and driving significant growth in power supply and smart grid solutions. Early career achievements include pivotal positions at Conexant and Lockheed Martin, demonstrating leadership in product development and engineering for the telecommunications and aerospace sectors. DeLuca holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSEE from Drexel University.
