Nidhi Rai

Nidhi Rai currently serves as the Director of Technology Management at Hubbell Incorporated, where responsibilities include defining and driving global R&D project and portfolio operational capabilities as a member of the R&D strategy team reporting to the CTO office. Prior roles at Hubbell Power Systems include Director of the Program Management Office and New Product Development Manager. Nidhi's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Pentair as PMO Leader, where management of critical projects focused on growth, quality, and cost savings in commercial water monitoring products occurred, as well as roles as Project Engineer and Product Manager. Previous experience includes mechanical engineering at Titan Flow Control Inc., research assistance at Duke University, and design engineering at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Nidhi Rai holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vishweshwarya Institute of Engineering and Technology.
