Hubble Network
Alex Mykyta is a seasoned digital design engineer currently employed at Hubble Network since October 2025. Prior to this position, Alex worked at SpaceX from November 2015 to August 2025 as a Principal FPGA/ASIC Design Engineer, contributing significantly to the Starlink internet constellation project. Expertise includes RTL design and architecture for high-speed cryptography, ASIC design verification, and FPGA design across multiple generations of Starlink compute FPGAs. Experience also encompasses fault detection and recovery software, reliability analysis of satellite hardware, and the development of design automation methodologies adopted across various SpaceX programs. Previous roles include electrical and computer engineering at Northrop Grumman and co-op positions in electrical engineering at Impact Technologies Group and Ultra Electronics Flightline Systems. Alex holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering, respectively.
