Kim Hancock is responsible for the smooth running of the team - from the physical space they work in, the processes they have in place, and allocating who should work on which campaign. Her main aim is to keep all processes as hassle-free as possible so the team is in an environment in which they feel empowered and motivated to produce their best work, whilst maintaining a great work-life balance.
