Sharon Noble has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Sharon started in 1991 as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Syncordia, where they worked until 1995. In 1996, they joined Huber Engineered Materials as the VP Global Human Resources & Chief Ethics Officer. In this role, Sharon demonstrated strong skills in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, compensation, and organizational design. Sharon is known for their ability to connect with employees at all levels and is an effective business partner and leader.
Sharon Noble's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Northeastern University, which they completed between 1981 and 1986. In 2000, they also completed a Mini MBA Program at Northeastern University.
Sharon recently completed the Leadership Accelerator Program at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, with a graduation year of 2021.
Additionally, Sharon Noble holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification obtained from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) in January 2007.
