Rachel Ursina Ender

Head Customer Experience Excellence at HUBER+SUHNER

Rachel Ursina Ender began their work experience in 2001 as a Project Manager at Migros-Gruppe / Groupe Migros / Migros. Rachel Ursina later became the Head of Administration/Services in November 2006 until September 2008.

In 2008, they joined HUBER+SUHNER as a Project Manager and held that role until December 2013. From January 2014 to December 2020, Rachel worked as a Global Sales Project Manager at HUBER+SUHNER. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Experience Excellence at the same company since January 2021.

Rachel Ursina Ender has a diverse education history. Rachel Ursina obtained an Engineer's degree in Agrarwirtschaft from ETH Zürich, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they attended The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur from 2002 to 2004, studying logistik@informatik. Rachel also holds certifications as a Bodynamic Practitioner from Bodynamic International, which they obtained in 2019, and an IPMA C certification obtained in 2013.
