Dean Alessandrini has over three decades of experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as an Inside Sales Manager at Hubert Company since August 1989. Responsibilities have included coaching and developing Inside Sales Specialists, implementing sales processes and tools, and recruiting sales talent. Additionally, as a Strategic Account Development Manager, Dean co-created programs aimed at enhancing customer profitability. Prior experience includes serving as Conservation Chairman at GCHS from 2001 to 2010.
