Ashutosh Sampat is a seasoned professional specializing in customer experience and client success within the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Customer Experience in APAC and India at Hubilo since February 2020, Ashutosh leads a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on enhancing customer journeys and ensuring seamless event technology experiences. Previously, Ashutosh held roles at Hubilo as Team Lead and Client Success Manager, managing client post-sales journeys and resolving product issues. Ashutosh's earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Manager in the Merchant Acquiring Business at Axis Bank, where mentorship and business growth were key responsibilities. Ashutosh began the career in marketing through internships and has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Institute of Management, Nirma University.
