Nisha Mallik

Nisha Mallik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel at Hubilo since September 2022, Nisha previously held the position of Partner at SAMVĀD: Partners, focusing on private equity and venture capital transactions from August 2019 to August 2022. Nisha's background includes roles as Associate Partner at Themis Associates, where responsibilities included venture capital investments and M&A transactions, and as Senior Associate at Sand Hill Counsel, specializing in cross-border transactions and corporate advisory. Nisha began a career in law as a Consultant at IL&FS Trust Company Limited and an Associate at Thakker & Thakker. Nisha earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and completed earlier education at DAV JVM and Sacred Heart Convent School.
