Yuvraj Saxena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yuvraj began their career at IBM Global Process Services in 2013 as an international practitioner, where they handled customer queries for United Airlines and took on additional responsibilities as a team coach and workforce manager. From 2014 to 2015, Yuvraj worked at Fareportal as a senior sales representative, specializing in airline ticketing and tour packages. Yuvraj then joined American Express as a Senior CCP from 2015 to 2017, providing world-class customer service and identifying solutions to meet customer needs. Currently, Yuvraj is employed at Hubilo, where they have held various roles including Associate Sales Head, Head of Operations, Data Protection Officer, and Director of Customer Experience and Account Management.
