Letícia Bento

Letícia Bento has worked in various roles in the Facilities and Administrative space since 2013. Letícia began their career as a Secretary at Kamp Assessoria in 2013. In 2014, they became a Bilingual Receptionist for Ricoh Brasil's Amazon project, where they were responsible for reception, telephone assistance, and internal badge creation. Letícia also provided assistance to the Facilities Manager for organizing events and processing invoices. In 2018, they began working as a Junior Analyst at Wildlife Studios, where they were in charge of spot purchases through Nimbi, quotation and registration of new suppliers, inventory control, bank reconciliation, and processing of invoices and other costs for sending to Finance. In 2020, they joined CREDZ - Administradora de Cartões e Meios de Pagamentos as a Junior Analyst I and Senior Assistant III of Facilities, with a focus on reception services, cafeteria, cleaning outsourcing, taxi and travel. Letícia was also responsible for developing general policies for the company, such as reimbursements, corporate cards, use of parking, travel, among others. Most recently, Letícia Bento joined Hubla in 2022 as a Junior Facilities Supervisor and Personal Assistant, where they were responsible for the entire Facilities area, soft and hard, contract management, purchases, organizing events, leading a young apprentice and a cleaning assistant. Letícia was also involved in employer branding initiatives, logistics for sending prizes to customers and personal assistant to the CEO.

Letícia Bento has a Bachelor of Language and Literature from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, obtained between 2012 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Técnico em Administração from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo between 2010 and 2011, and an Ensino Médio from the same institution between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Letícia has obtained a variety of certifications, including Gestão da Operação e Manutenção Predial from AEA Educação Continuada in February 2022, Congresso ABRAFAC 2021 from ABRAFAC - Associação Brasileira de Facility Management, Property e Workplace in September 2021, Gestão Operacional de Facilities II from FS EDUCA in June 2021, Finanças para não financeiros from Senac São Paulo in December 2019, Gestão Operacional de Facilities I (Completo) - EAD from FS EDUCA in October 2019, and Curso Completo de Excel: Básico ao Avançado from EX2 - Excel Experts in November 2018.
