Cyrielle Hanser-Gillet

Cyrielle Hanser-Gillet is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology and digital programs. Cyrielle started their career as a Trainee at Swisscom Innovations in 2008. Cyrielle then joined Nestlé Nespresso SA in 2008 and held various roles, including Business Application Junior Project Manager and Business Application Project Manager. In 2012, they became the eBusiness Services Manager, leading the eBusiness Solutions team to deliver business development and innovation roadmaps. In 2014, they took on the role of Commercial Solutions Manager, leading the Commercial Solutions team and creating business solutions to meet multichannel challenges. Cyrielle then transitioned to Nestlé, where they worked as the Digital PM Pool Lead and IT Program Manager, responsible for managing Nespresso digital programs. In 2016, they became the Digital Programs and Portfolio Lead, managing Nestlé digital programs and portfolios. Cyrielle later served as the IT - Business Relationship Manager for Nespresso, where they established and drove IT governance and led the design, build, and delivery of IT products and applications. In 2020, Cyrielle joined Nestlé Nespresso SA as the Head of Information Technology, responsible for devising, delivering, and managing technology supporting Nespresso's goals globally. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Officer at Hublot.
