Souad Dubois

Souad Dubois is an experienced professional in the horological industry, currently serving as Chef d’Atelier Terminaison Composants Mouvements at Hublot since January 2018. Prior to this role, Souad worked at Manufacture Stern Mouvement from April 2005 to December 2016 as Responsable d'atelier de production horlogerie. Souad possesses expertise in Geneva seal quality criteria and various finishing techniques, including anglage and perlage. Responsibilities have included the daily management of an approximately 40-person workshop, production planning, and ensuring budget compliance. Souad holds multiple qualifications, including a CAP in clothing and early childhood and industrial fields from a professional high school education completed between 1989 and 1991.
