Ursula Hennell

Ursula Hennell has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ursula is currently the Chief Operating Officer at hublsoft since November 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Delivery & Operations at hublsoft from March 2019 to November 2022. Prior to joining hublsoft, Ursula held the position of Head of Delivery & PMO at MooD International from September 2017 to March 2019. Ursula also served as the Programme Lead & Head of PMO at MooD International from March 2014 to September 2017 and as a Project Manager from August 2012 to March 2014. Ursula's work experience includes roles at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, where they worked as a PSO Lead from February 2010 to August 2012, as a PMO Manager - Interim from January 2011 to July 2011, and as a PMO Analyst from March 2009 to February 2010. Ursula also worked at BT Global Services as a Programme Support Officer & Communications Lead on a contract basis from May 2008 to December 2008. Additionally, Ursula held the position of Sales Executive at DGP Group Ltd from November 2007 to May 2008. Their earliest work experience was as an English Language Assistant at Air France from June 2005 to June 2006.

Ursula Hennell attended Xaverian College from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued A Levels in French, History, Maths, and Spanish AS. Ursula then went on to the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a 2.1 BA Hons degree in French and Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ursula also obtained several certifications. Ursula received the ITIL Foundation 2011 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2013. Ursula acquired the PPSO Foundation certification from ISEB in April 2009, the P3O Practitioner certification from OGC in November 2010, and the MSP Practitioner certification from OGC in April 2010. Moreover, Ursula obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner 2009 certification from OGC in August 2009.
