Alex Betts is an experienced professional in the culinary and business development sectors. Currently serving as Senior Business Development Manager at Huboo since April 2022, Alex previously held roles including Business Development Manager and Sales and Accounts Executive at THE FRENCH GARDEN CATERING BRISTOL LIMITED from November 2019 to April 2022. Alex has extensive culinary experience, having worked as Head Chef at The Chequers Pub and Sous Chef at Harvey Nichols from April 2017 to April 2022. At Harvey Nichols, Alex focused on enhancing knowledge of seasonal produce and profit and loss accounts. Earlier experience includes positions as Junior Sous Chef at The Bath Priory and THE BOX TREE RESTAURANT LIMITED, where foundational culinary skills were developed.
