Neje-Rhom Capiz has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Concierge at IFA Residential Services. In this role, they were responsible for managing the front desk, addressing residents' issues, and updating necessary reports. From 2018 to 2019, Neje-Rhom worked as a Call Center Agent at IFA Hotels & Resorts, where they handled booking appointments, resolving customer issues, and tracking payments. Neje-Rhom then joined ekar in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative, providing excellent customer service, monitoring vehicle issues, and verifying customer documents.
