Mario Bodemann

Mario Bodemann is an experienced software engineer and advocate specializing in Android development. Currently serving as an Android Developer Advocate at Yubico since August 2024, Mario previously held the position of Developer Relations Evangelist at Deutsche Telekom from December 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Mario was a Chapter Lead Android at Mobimeo, where responsibilities included managing a team of 14 Android engineers. Other notable roles include serving as a Java/Kotlin Developer and Evangelist at Contentful, and as an Android Engineer at Memorado. Mario began a professional career as a Software Engineer at HERE and Wooga, and worked as a Research Associate in Image Processing at Fraunhofer HHI. Mario earned a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and Computer Graphics from Technische Universität Berlin.
