Talitha Kieskamp

Talitha Kieskamp has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Talitha is currently the Head of HR at both the Hubrecht Institute, Developmental Biology and Stem Cell Research, as well as the Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute, starting in 2022. Before that, they worked as a Group HR Business Partner at ERIKS from February 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they served as an HR Business Partner at TUI Group from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for strategic HR activities for TUI Airline and also led the organizational design program. From 2012 to 2018, Talitha held various roles at UMC Utrecht, including HR Advisor and Recruitment Consultant, responsible for recruitment, employee development, organizational design, and policy implementation. Talitha began their HR career as an HR assistant/recruiter at CBE Consultants in 2010. Overall, Talitha Kieskamp has gained extensive experience in HR roles, demonstrating a strong background in talent management, employee development, and organizational design.

Talitha Kieskamp has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Utrecht University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Talitha later pursued a Master of Science degree in Work- and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University from 2010 to 2011.
