Justin Paul

Justin Paul has a long and varied work experience. Justin began their career in 2001 as a Client Relations Supervisor for Qualified Merchant, where they supervised and influenced a team of sales representatives and account managers, providing commercial loan products to restaurant and retail businesses. In 2004, they joined Bank of America as a Business Banker, managing financial transactions for business and high net worth clients. In 2005, they took on the role of Director of Operations for a privately held company, where they headed all the business operations facets which supported organizational goals and strategies. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of injii, where they governed all key operations of product management, social impact programs, business growth initiatives, vertical strategy, and go to market strategy. In 2020, they co-founded alifno, a financial inclusion driven technology SaaS solution, and also founded Oncilla Labs. Currently, they are the Director of Technology at HubSpire, leading product strategy and driving innovative digital solutions for the client partners.

Justin Paul completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2008. In 2018, they attended Draper University for a Startup Program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
