Anthony Lamoureux

Anthony Lamoureux has a diverse background in customer success and higher education. Currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Success in the Mid-Market segment at HubSpot since April 2019, Anthony has held multiple roles within the company, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Team Lead for Small Business. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Director at Boston University, where Anthony supervised 250 student admission volunteers and managed a team of paid student coordinators. Earlier experience as an Admissions Counselor at Northeastern University involved representing the institution at recruitment events and advising prospective students. Additional roles include internship experiences at Ohio Wesleyan University and the Childhood Lead Action Project, along with early work in customer service at Subway and RiverFalls Restaurant. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Government and Theatre from Ohio Wesleyan University.
