Initially, Bianca worked as a photographer at The Picture Company and later pursued freelance graphic and web design projects. Notable roles include Senior Product Designer and Product Design Lead at HubSpot, as well as Senior Product Designer at UserTesting, where strategic product solutions were developed through comprehensive UX research. Previous experience at Newton Software involved significant contributions to product innovation, including the redesign of key features and the establishment of the design system.
