Katie Flaherty

Katie Flaherty is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in strategic and technical accounting roles. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounting Initiatives and previously as Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at HubSpot since July 2021, Katie has held significant positions at Care.com as Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller from September 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes nearly eight years at PwC, where Katie progressed from Assurance Associate to Senior Manager. Earlier roles include teaching assistant positions at Boston College and an assurance internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Katie holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College and studied International Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
