Keri Polmonari, MBA, is an experienced manager in customer success, currently serving as Manager at HubSpot since January 2018, where previous roles included Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Veterans Benefits Consultant at CALIBRE Systems, Inc., providing comprehensive briefings on veterans' benefits to military personnel. Keri has also held various sales and marketing roles at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., where expertise in market research and sales strategies contributed to revenue growth, as well as at PUMA Group, managing key accounts and executing corporate events. Earlier experience includes a management position as Aquatics Director at Quail Ridge Country Club, achieving significant membership increases through strategic marketing.
