Megan Smith

Megan Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in deal strategy and sales operations across multiple leading technology companies. Currently serving as Director Deal Strategy and Global Head of Deal Strategy at HubSpot since April 2021, Megan previously held similar roles at Dropbox, where responsibilities included global leadership of Deal Desk and Channel Operations for APAC, EMEA, and NAMER regions. Prior career experience includes positions at LinkedIn, where Megan managed sales process teams and contributed to process improvement, as well as earlier roles at Google and various administrative positions in diverse organizations. Megan holds a Master of Arts in Military History and Strategic Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Maynooth University.
