Preston Roycroft

Preston Roycroft is a seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in fostering sales talent and driving performance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development for the Mid Market at HubSpot since November 2018, Preston oversees a team of eight managers and over 75 BDRs, successfully achieving significant attainment metrics in meetings, pipeline, and monthly recurring revenue across multiple years. Prior roles include Manager of North America Business Development, where Preston was recognized as Top Manager and earned multiple performance awards. Preston's earlier experience includes significant roles at Gartner, Citrix, and internships at Vidant Medical Center, providing a solid foundation in sales, account management, and marketing strategy. Preston holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from East Carolina University.
